BASIC TRAINING PROGRAM

Woodlands Elite started our Basic Training program eight years ago in order to be able to provide a solid training environment for those athletes that are either new to the sport of competitive cheerleading or unable to dedicate the time and/or financial committment a full season of competitive all-star cheerleading requires.

Our Basic Training teams work out 4 hours per week and their workouts cover all the basics of cheerleading including stunts, tumbling, dance, cheer, and jumps.
