RETURNS
Once an order is processed it cannot be canceled. If you wish to return an item it must be returned within 14 days of delivery, and must be accompanied by a return authorization form. All return items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. All return items must be returned clean, unwashed and unworn. Once the return is received and inspected your refund will be issued to the original form of payment usually within 3-5 days. To obtain a return authorization form, please email returns@woodlandselite.com with your request. The return authorization form will provide detailed instructions for completing your return.
Please note: All clearance items and accessories are non-returnable, and these sales are final.
Woodlands Elite is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit and/or merchandise mailed/shipped without verifiable tracking information.
EXCHANGES
Woodlands Elite is not able to process exchanges. We encourage you to place a new order and initiate the return process for any item you wish to return.
